Ran Frenkel from Israel, born in 1981, is a licensed therapist in oriental medicine. He graduated from the "East-West" TCM college in Tel-Aviv. After working in a clinic and health maintenance organization, he decided to do his internship in Hangzhou, China. In his advanced studies of seven month, he did several trainings in Tuina, Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. This time gave him lots of opportunities to meet famous TCM Doctors in China. His main teachers were Dr. Li Hang who is specialized in Tuina, Dr.Xu Fu in Acupuncture, Dr.Wu Bo Ping and Dr.Wang Kun Gen who are both specialists in internal medicine. “Chinese language gave me deep access to the people and their interesting culture. Seeing how Chinese medicine is connected to our life - like food and habits - was one of the fascinating things, I enjoyed most in my stay in China!”

Arik Polak from Israel, was born in October 1978. In 2005 he finished his 4 year studies in the "GENESIS" college for Chinese Medicine in Israel. After that he headed to China to study more. His M.A. major is in the field of Oncology using Chinese herbs. For his main field in TCM, he has been the student of Dr. Guo Yong, the head department of Oncology in Hangzhou’s Provincial TCM Hospital. At the same time he also studied with Dr.Xie Yi Zhuang who is a famous doctor for treating different kinds of Cancer and other difficult diseases.
Arik also spent a lot of time with the famous Professor Wu Bo Ping who is also well known in the west.
His 4 year stay in China gave him deep insights in the medical field. For his studies he only used Chinese language, which is a very profound way, than to do it in any other language. Arik explains that Chinese medicine has its roots in the Chinese culture, so it is a must also to study Chinese.
Terue Osogami-Polak from Japan, was born in February 1974. After finishing her 6 years study of Japanese acupuncture and bone setting, she went to China to do more advanced education. She first focused on the Chinese language and afterwards went on with continuing her studies in the M.A. Here she majored in the field of Chinese acupuncture, under the guidance of the late famous Dr.Ye De Bao and many other well known acupuncture doctors. Terue is in third generation of acupuncturist in her family. Her grandfather holds a degree of honor from the Japanese Caesar for his treatments and help. In total Terue spent 10 years in China.
Both of them met during Arik’s studying in China and where they also got married. After that they decided to go back to Israel to open their own serious clinic in the city of Kfar Saba. Their clinic now is using Chinese herbs, Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture.
