Antony Wood has been in love with the martial arts his whole life. Growing up with his twin brother Sean in Albuquerque NM, his childhood and teen life was one big martial adventure. Formal training began at the age of 10 with traditional Tae Kwon Do. After seven years of hard core training he received his first degree black belt from the International Tae Kwon Do Institute. Later his training extended to Wu style Taiji, Xing Yi, and Qi Xing Tang Lang (Seven Star Mantis Boxing). While living in Germany he received his teaching certificate from the Seven Star Mantis Lee Kam Wing Association in Hong Kong. He taught Mantis Boxing in the Chin Woo Kung Fu School Hamburg, and had many private students as well, giving him nearly ten years of teaching experience. He has also competed in many forms and full contact fighting competitions. In 2007 he moved to Shanghai, where he continues his martial path.

Name: Xing Zhuo

Main teaching contents: Chinese Kung Fu and its culture.

Xing was under one of the most famous Kung Fu masters, Sha Guozheng, since he was six.
He is an expert of  Tai Chi boxing, Tai Chi swordplay, the Eight Diagrams boxing, , spearplay, cudgelplay  and many more.
Xing is also a national first grade sportsman, a national second grade Kung Fu referee at the academician of  Yunnan Kung Fu Association and the beginner of the Kung Fu Organization at Yunnan University.
He has been teaching Kung Fu in the International Student Department in Yunnan University since 2008.
Xing Zhuo is experienced in teaching international students. Meanwhile he has a unique teaching system, which can make international students merge into Chinese culture besides learning Martial Arts.

Teacher in Fujian, Yong Chun

Mr. Pan Chang An teaches the style of the white crane. His school can be found in Yong Chun, in the province of Fujian. Originally the style comes from the Southern Shaolin Temple. Mr. Pan is thus a direct lineage holder of this tradition. He is also a trained TCM doctor specializing in orthopedics. Martial arts training are hold in a temple nearby, where he happily shows students his research institute. When hiking in the nearby mountain regions, he takes the visitors to places where you can see medicinal herbs and explains this professionally. Mr. Pan is one of the few teachers that combine martial arts with the traditional Chinese medicine.
