In this course you will receive the following insights in the traditional healing methods of Chinese Tuina massage.
• Insights in the Chinese Tuina
• Learn a selection of acupressure points
• Self-treatment and often used techniques
• Guided relaxation techniques
• Visit at a massage clinic in Hangzhou (treatment must be booked separately)

• 1 Day Introductory Course: The entire course has a
Length of about 2.5 to 3 hours
(Including 1.5 hours theory and a visit at a massage clinic)
• 3-day Intensive Course: The course has a length of about 5.5 to 6 hours
(Including 4.5 hours theory and a visit at a massage clinic)

Place and location:
All courses take place in Hangzhou, China. The theoretical will be hold in a nice and comfortable teahouse. After lunch we will visit a traditional massage clinic.
